Short answer
- You need a licensed guide and at least one other trekker on the permit.
- It costs USD 100 for the first week in autumn, then USD 15 a day.
- You also need the Manaslu and Annapurna conservation permits.
Manaslu is a restricted area, so the permit is only issued through a registered agency, for a group of two or more with a licensed guide. Solo trekkers usually join a stranger’s permit.
The circuit exits through the Annapurna region, so you need ACAP as well.
